With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Josh began his apprenticeship at just 15 years old and has been perfecting his craft ever since. Starting out in Hamilton, he moved to Auckland in 2015, with a two-year stint in London as Site Director at a leading London construction firm, fitting in some travel along the way.

Now based in Auckland, Josh is the driving force behind Pledger Built, leading the team with expertise, dedication, and passion, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard.

Josh is a proud member of the Certified Builders Association and a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP).

When he’s not on the tools, you’ll find him spending quality time with his young family and friends.
